  • 20 minutes - Research entrepreneurs and read about their life and success. As you read, look and think about specific characteristics that you notice about the entrepreneurs.
  • 30 minutes -In groups of 3 - grab a piece of roll paper and some markers. Outline one group member on the roll paper. Draw (not write) characteristics of an entrepreneur.

1. Pretend you have $20,000 to loan out to someone who wants to start their own business. Create a list of questions that you would ask them before deciding to give them the money or turning them down. (minimum of 10, the more you come up with the more prepared you will be for step 5)
2. Choose a business plan from the following website (When you have your selection verify with Mr. Stormes)

4. After analyzing the business plan, there will probably be items you want to add to your already list of questions and answers from step 1. Add those questions NOW.
